This option is the best initial package. We will go into things in great detail both before the mineral testing and after.
The initial consultation will include a 60 minute session in which we will explore all the different concerns you may have. These will include:
-Your health concerns of all kinds (physical, mental and emotional)
-Your health history and also your family’s health history
-Any previous tests which may have been helpful
-The possible reasons for not feeling healthy and well and what can be changed immediately
-The medications and supplements your taking and both both and previously and what outcomes you’ve had as a result of taking them.
After this initial consultation, we will do the initial Hair tissue mineral Analysis. This will give us the deep insights into what is happening in your body and will allow me to put together a personalized healing plan tailored in a fashion to make it highly effective whilst at same time comfortable and manageable.
The second 90 minute consultations to personalize your healing plan:
We will go into a detailed interpretation of your Hair tissue mineral analysis and put together a comprehensive action plan which will be tailored to your own unique needs. This will include the correct dietery and supplement recommendations. Beyond this I will recommend highly effective lifestyle adjustments and detoxification methods. I want this healing and wellness method to be as compatible as possible with your lifestyle and we will use this session to take that into consideration and work that out.
The session will include:
-The initial findings and how these results relate to your wellness and body chemistry
-What might be effecting your health and what might be interfering with your healing and wellness
-What foods and drink are recommended
-The recommended supplements to take
-The lifestyle factors which can be gently adjusted to ensure optimizing wellness and healing
-The benefits and health enhancing qualities of a very effective but very simple meditation
-The detoxification methods that will help relax and rebalance the body in conjunction with the diet and supplements.
-How to come gently come through the temporary healing reactions that sometimes occur as the body detoxes, renourishes and heals (these are almost always a welcome sign)

If you want to go straight to a hair mineral test that is also an option. I will put together a personalized program based on your results and body chemistry that will be ready to go. This is a great option if you feel comfortable doing things in your own personal stride. Although this does not include all the in person consultations, I am available by emails for small issues that might occur. These subsequent tests are important in order to make accurate adjustments to your healing and wellness plan.
