In this article we look at gluten intolerance, what it is, its cause, how it’s detected and the best ways to heal the condition. We will look at it from both the perspective of mineral and nutritional rebalancing and also that of unresolved trauma. It may be down to one or the other but ultimately they often tie in together to create the long-term debilitating condition.

Celiac disease, also known as Celiac Sprue, is (or is thought to be) a digestive and autoimmune response that causes damage to the lining of the small intestine when gluten-containing foods are consumed. The intestine damage makes it difficult for the body to absorb nutrients.

Essentially, the person is unable to tolerate foods containing the protein gluten. Gluten is primarily found in grains such as wheat, rye, barley, and oats. Some other foods, such as rice, contain trace amounts. However, most gluten-intolerant people can eat rice without issue.

GLUTEN INTOLERANCE SYMPTOMS

Digestive upsets such as gas, bloating, diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, abdominal pain in some cases, weight loss, gas, or others are common symptoms that can affect those affected by the condition. Other symptoms, such as skin problems (psoriasis, alopecia areata), general fatigue and malaise, depression, malnutrition symptoms, sleep difficulties, and others, are also possible. In some cases, the symptoms are minimal and cause little impact on life in other cases they can be very debilitating.

GLUTEN INTOLERANCE DIAGNOSIS AND DETECTION

If you suspect this condition, the simplest way to diagnose it is to discontinue eating all foods containing even a trace of gluten. This will result in a very natural diet with very few prepared foods. If you feel better and your symptoms improve, you most likely have gluten intolerance.

A doctor can make a more precise diagnosis by testing you for gluten sensitivity using various blood and other tests.

THE REASON FOR GLUTEN INTOLERANCE

According to doctors, the cause is genetic, and there is little that can be done except to strictly avoid all gluten in the diet. This is difficult and, in some cases, severely restricts the diet.

However, it appears increasingly likely that the medical perception is actually incorrect. A more accurate understanding on the physical level (as opposed to the other trauma based possibility) is that the intestine is damaged in a specific way that can be greatly aided by a strict diet of primarily cooked vegetables and some animal protein daily, with very simple meals consisting of only one or two foods per meal. One cannot drink a lot of liquids with meals which will weaken an already compromised digestion and one must additionally follow a few other precautions, which are listed below. When this is done in conjunction with a comprehensive rebalancing program to balance and strengthen the body chemistry and properly nourish the body, as well as resolving the inner trauma conflicts that often ‘birthed’ the problem, the intolerance to all gluten will lessen and may disappear entirely.

Even if this occurs, wheat should not be consumed in any form because despite it once being a highly beneficial and nutritional food source, in present times it is a highly hybridized food that is toxic and irritating. However as the digestive tract is restored and trauma based conflicts are cleared from the subconscious, most people can regain the ability to tolerate foods such as rye, barley, oats, rice, and most other foods within a few years of beginning a rebalancing program. In other words, most food sensitivities, allergies, and intolerances fade and disappear.

A leaky and damaged intestinal system may be the true cause of Celiac disease. Most people also do not produce nearly enough of their own digestive enzymes to break down and digest their food properly. Furthermore, most people do not drink enough of the right kind of water and the majority also consume foods that subtly irritate their intestinal tract and/or cause intestinal infections, which perpetuate the problem.

All sugars and sweets, including all fruit, fruit juices, dried fruits, nuts, seeds, excessive carrot juice, smoothies and blended drinks, nightshade vegetables, raw salads and other raw food and food chemicals such as additives and preservatives, are all examples of these irritating foods. Overcooked or fried foods of any kind are not as good as lightly cooked eggs and meats. Any or all of these factors can further damage the intestines and perpetuate gluten sensitivity.

THE IMPORTANCE OF IMPLEMENTING THE CORRECT LIFESTYLE AND EATING HABIT

In many cases, improving one’s lifestyle and eating habits is required to treat and heal gluten intolerance. Eating only one or two foods at a meal, for example, is beneficial to a tired, depleted intestinal tract because it places fewer demands on the intestine. Eating slowly, chewing thoroughly, eating relaxed and quiet, sit-down meals, and resting for 10 minutes or more before and after each meal are all excellent eating habits for anyone to learn and implement. These become especially important for those with Celiac disease.

Avoid eating on the go (which is a common modern habit), complex meals, and a wide variety of food combinations, and always relax at mealtime. When you’re upset or anxious, don’t eat.

Other beneficial lifestyle habits include getting plenty of rest and sleep. Deep breathing for at least 15 minutes per day and preferably more is very helpful. This is similar to a massage for your digestive and other internal organs, and it can help them heal through enhanced oxygenation. Think only positive thoughts and avoid dwelling on the negative as this will always put you in a fight or flight mode which is the last thing needed for healing.

GLUTEN INTOLERANCE AND THE PEYER’S PATCHES

Peyer’s patches are lymph glands located in the middle of the small intestine, they are a set of  of round or oval nodules located within its mucous membrane lining. They can be seen by the naked eye as elongated thickened areas and there are  usually 30 to 40 patches in each individual. the Peyer’s patches are extremely important for detoxification and elimination. They are extremely congested in the majority of gluten intolerance cases. The digestive tract and the body in general,is in large part restored through elimination all of the toxic metals and hundreds of toxic chemicals.

These small but vital lymph glands become clogged and cease to function properly in most people over the age of 30. A mineral and nutritional rebalancing program is best to help restore them, as there is no one supplement or recipe that works for everyone. However, using a near infrared lamp sauna on a daily basis and performing one to three coffee enemas on a daily basis are the procedures that are most beneficial for Peyer’s patches restoration. The use of castor oil packs may also be beneficial in improving the functioning of the Peyer’s patches, which may aid in the return to being able to tolerate gluten in the diet, at least in small amounts.

HOW DO YOU START A PROGRAM IF YOU HAVE CELIAC DISEASE?

Some people struggle with a rebalancing program if they are gluten intolerant because they do not want to consume products that contain a trace of rice protein. Here’s one possibility:

1. Begin by drinking only the diet and 3 liters of pure spring water. Do this for at least a week, and possibly for up to a month. Drinking with meals is not permitted. Drink water one hour after eating and up to ten minutes before a meal.

Beginning the program in this manner allows the intestinal tract to heal and, in many cases, allows a person to tolerate the supplement better. The diet must be followed strictly, and it works best if only one food is consumed per meal. In this case, you may eat 5 or 6 meals per day. This is only for a limited time, until the intestines have healed sufficiently to allow for the full program.

Sardines, 3 cans per week, and a few blue corn chips if you can tolerate blue corn are important foods to include in your diet. The nutritional contents of these foods could be extremely beneficial. All fruit, all sugars, all sweet drinks, all nightshade vegetables, raw food, all chemicalized and refined foods, and all food additives are important to avoid.

2. Start with as many of the “procedures” as you can. Coffee enemas (one to four daily), near infrared sauna or lamp therapy (at least one hour daily on the abdomen), spinal twist, foot reflexology daily, deep breathing daily, and downward energy meditation exercise for one hour daily if possible are all recommended. These will significantly speed up healing.

3. After one to four weeks, try adding GB-3, as well as EPA-DHA 300 (omega-3 fatty acids) and 5000 iu of vitamin D daily. TMG 500 mg should also be taken on a daily basis.

Take GB-3 digestive enzyme from the start if possible. If you can’t, wait a few weeks before adding this excellent digestive aid and liver detoxifier. Begin with no more than one tablet per day. Work up to 1 tablet per meal, if possible, and then up to 2 or even 3 tablets per meal.

Most omega-3 fatty acid supplements, vitamin D supplements, and TMG supplements should be gluten-free.

4. After a few weeks, add the rest of the rebalancing program’s recommended supplements. Following this sequence, one can take the correct supplements containing a small amount of hydrolyzed rice protein.

GLUTEN INTOLERANCE CAN BE THE RESULT OF A CHILDHOOD TRAUMA
This may seem very strange for many but like most allergies (and often with many other health conditions) a past trauma can play a big part. The trauma can remian lodged deep in the subconscious which makes it difficult to move on from the traumatic ‘event’. When the trauma can be properly understood and cleared the ‘allergy’ will go often away completely. This fascinating link between a traumatic event and this health disease can be seen through the incredible work of the late Dr Ryke Geerd Hamer and his German New Medecine (which has naturally been slandered and vilified by the criminal medical cabal, as have many of the real pioneers of true healing which threaten parasitic mainstream pharma medecine). From his perspective the symptoms are triggered by a conflict relapse (‘allergy’) of a territorial fear (manifesting as difficulty breathing), a morsel conflict (manifesting as a swelling of the tongue) or a separation conflict (manifested as fainting or hives/skin allergies). This highlights how important it is to heal the conflict on the subconscious level which we also do through the rebalancing program. German New Medecine or as it is correctly called Germanische Heilkunde® cannot be taught by any therapist or practitioner but has to be learned individually. This incredible paradigm of health is so special that it is quickly corrupted when in the hands of therapists and the deep state actors have been waging a war against its creator and his teachings since its inception (which is probably why you’ve never heard of it until now), the dishonest slander carries on to this day. This has been the case since it was discovered by Dr Hamer 40 years ago. The following is link will take you to a website where you can learn the rare uncorrupted teachings by buying the course:
This course has over 100 hours of lectures which are life changing. Learn them while you are of relative health and it will change your and your family’s lives.
